Welcome fellow ecratorians (ecratorites?) Thank you for all of the help and encouragement you give in the Forums. As you may know by now, an item stays visible even after it is sold. Big and Tall had some good tips:

You can delete or hide the item once sold BUT in my opinion that's bad for business because as a buyer I want to go back and compare the item once I received it. If you hide it or delete it the buyer can not see it. So I use the SOLD image for about 2 weeks, then I hide it or delete it. eCrater.com will send them a copy of the order. If you want an invoice sent you need to send it.

Remember the item is not actually sold until you have the money. Another reason not to delete it until the customer has received it. But remember about 2 weeks after mailing it - then hide or delete the listing.

*Important note added by Big and Tall 1/20/07: Two weeks is plenty of time for the buyer to have received the item and check it out. After 2 weeks you technically are breaking the terms of ecrater.com as it states something about no listing for items not for sale. eCrater.com team agreed we can do the sold image for 2 weeks until they get something else figured out. I for one refuse to hide or delete an item until the buyer can verify it.

I'm new to blujay.com but when reading through the boards it looked as though the SOLD logo might work there too. Just replace the first picture with one of the SOLD logos and put SOLD in the title. (Move the removed picture to the end.) Then you can keep the ad up until you know that the item has been received and the order is complete. (See eCRATER info to the left.)

Now on to the good stuff.

Please feel free to use any of the SOLD logos below, and I hope you have the chance to use them early and often.

NOTE: Due to the simplistic way I set these web pages up, you need to first click on the link below the logo you want. A separate page will open with the logo.

Then:

Put your mouse on the logo.

Right click.

Select Save Picture As and select a directory.

And that will save it to your PC, then you can upload it every time you need to.
